20106月博士毕业于南京大学光电科学系。主要从事半导体光电子材料与器件、电子陶瓷材料微结构与物性、表面与界面物理研究Europhys. Lett., J. Appl. Phys., ThinSolid Films, J. Mater. Sci.等学术期刊发表第一(通讯)作者SCI论文23篇,在PRL, PRB, APL, JPCC等学术期刊合作发表论文14篇。主持结题国家自然科学基金理论物理专款 “合作研修项目一项,国家自然科学基金理论物理专款 “博士研究人员启动项目一项。承担本科生的《储能材料与制备技术》、《大学物理》和《大学物理实验》等课程。
